ZaragozaExpo Consulting was established in the years following the landmark Expo 2008 in Zaragoza, Spain. The founding team had direct involvement in advisory, logistics and stakeholder liaison roles during that event — and recognised that the expertise built across those three intense months had lasting commercial value.
Today we serve national commissions, regional trade authorities, private corporations and cultural institutions preparing for or participating in world expositions, recognised international exhibitions and large-scale corporate trade events. Our practice spans strategic advice, documentation, on-site coordination and post-event impact assessment.
Our Mission
We believe that well-organised international expositions are catalysts for lasting economic, diplomatic and social progress. Our mission is to ensure that every client — regardless of budget or previous exposition experience — can participate with confidence, clarity and measurable results.
We are deliberately a boutique practice. We accept a limited number of engagements each year so that every client receives direct senior-level attention throughout their project, not a hand-off to junior staff after the initial brief.
